Service Description

Currently, we fire at Cone 04 for bisque and Cone 5 for glaze Fees: 1/2 shelf= $15 1 shelf= $20 2 shelves= $30 If more space is needed, call for pricing. We can do low firings We do not offer Wood, Soda, Raku, or Reduction firings. Proof of purchase of the type of clay you’re using is required for this service Additional glazing services can be purchased at $2/# for the bisque weight of your pieces *All work must have foot waxed, and no gaze 1/4" up *If your glaze runs onto shelf, you are required to pay a cleaning fee at $20/hour or cost of new shelf, whichever is cheaper *If out of house glazes or clay are used please email pictures to savannah@wdcollective.com *If glazed work damages kiln, you may pay a repair fee starting at $20/hour *If you must stilt your work, bring your own stilts. But know that there is a risk of your piece falling over and causing damage to other work, the kiln, or shelves (most stilts are only rated for low fire, but tend to work for mid fire) * Bisque ware may be stacked unless otherwise requested We know accidents happen, so proper discord and reconciliation will be adequately discussed if something tragic happens.
